Prior to sending the item back, kindly obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER and a WATCH REPAIR FORM from our team. We will either repair or replace the watch at no additional cost to you. It is highly recommended that you use a reputable carrier for the return shipment, as having a tracking number and insurance is crucial in case of any delays or loss during transit. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any watches that are damaged or lost in transit when being returned to us. A refund or credit will only be issued once we have received the original watch.

Manufacturers' defects are eligible for warranty coverage. However, it is important to note that intentional damage and general wear and tear, such as scratches, dents/chips, etc., are not included. To prevent water damage, please ensure that the crown is securely screwed in at all times. If any water damage is detected due to a loose crown, it will not be covered under warranty. After sending out your product, kindly email us the tracking number so that we can update our records. During the return process, we will require your RMA # number. Please note that packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.
If your product is unable to be repaired, we will provide you with a replacement of the exact same model. In the event that the model is not available, you have the option to select another product of equal value. In the majority of cases involving manufacturers' defects, the product can be repaired. Please ensure your return, as we are not liable for shipping damages. Any intentional crown/stem damages are not covered under warranty. Crown/stem damages often occur when customers forcefully pull at the stem, causing the movement to jam. However, if the crown/stem damage is a result of a manufacturers' defect, we will happily repair or replace your product. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your repaired product, as it is subject to final inspection before being returned to you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
We have full confidence that you will not need to return your watch. However, should you choose to do so, we do not impose any restocking fees. Your only responsibility is to return the watch and box to us. You have a 7-day window from the date of receipt to initiate the return process. Kindly reach out to us for an RMA number and return address. It is important not to remove any plastic from the watch, as doing so will result in the refund being rejected. Upon receiving your package and ensuring the watch is in its original condition, you can expect a refund within 7-10 working days. Please be aware that custom orders for extra gold or extra platinum are non-refundable. However, we may allow exchanges for custom orders in specific situations.
